Fully Automatic Egg Chocolate Production Line
[APPLICATION]
This machine is used to produce chocolate beans. The shape of the chocolate beans is decided by the mould. The mould can be designed according to the customers requirements to make chocolate beans in different shapes such as round, olive, triangle, cashew, ball, etc.
[FEATURES]
The whole production is finished fully automatically and in closed system. Thus the processing is safe, clean and not effected by ambient temperatures and humidity. It is equipped with two sets of moulds which can produce two kinds of different shaped products simultaneously.
[PROCESS]]
Chocolate mass is deposited by an automatic feeding system(composed of holding tank and feeding pump ) and instantly formed on the mould which is working at a very low temperature(can achieve -28C to -30C), then the formed beans will be transferred to the cooling tunnel(temperature is at 5C to 8C) for further shaping. After cooling, a rotating drum will remove the excess of the formed beans.
