Description
- Automotive Seal Strip is one of the most important parts of the car, which is widely used in the door, window, car body, skylight, motor racks and backup (baggage) box and other parts, with sound insulation, dustproof, seepage control water and shock absorption function.
- Our factory has designed high performance single screw extruder and multi extrusion, equipped with precision mold and auxiliary lines, it can process different automotive seal strip materials such as PVC/SPVC, TPE (TPV, TPO,TPU) and different types (hard and soft, soft hard combination, lined with alloy frame, metal fixture, tongue shape of car seal buckle, etc.); This production line is equipped with gluing machine, flocking machine, drying road etc, and can meet the requirement of automotive interior flocking strip production. Replacing the corresponding screw barrel, this production line can also be used to process the seal strip used on common mechanical device, with a wide range of application.
Main Features of Equipment:
Extrusion Equipment:Single screw extruder adopts special high efficient screw, which has high screw speed, yield and plastic capacity.
Extrusion Mould:The special head used in the design of raw material characteristic has the characteristics of uniform material discharging, convenient adjustment, eliminating the extrusion weld mark and so on.
Vacuum Setting Device:The contact parts are made of stainless steel.
Tractor:Two jaw belt type high speed traction machine, it adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of pipe production for traction stability.
Precision Pneumatic Cutting Machine or Automatic Coiling Machine:According to the requirements of automatic cutting- off or close the sealing strip, it can reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
There are a variety of electrical control systems for selection(such as: PLC automation control system), the characteristics are fast production, stable, simple and easy to operate.
