Product Description

  1, Structure of equipment

The whole set of equipment is composed of heating box, plasticizing box, lifting device, sliding template guide rail and overall control cabinet.

2, Material of equipment


1.) Inside and outside the box, the material is 1.5 hot steel plate, which is assembled by bending. The insulation layer is 80mm thick, and the thermal insulation material is aluminum silicate.


2. )Lifting device is composed of hydraulic station oil cylinder or speed regulating motor, reducer and vortex rod. The support connection point of sliding formwork guide rail is assembled by angle iron square tube, channel steel and welding.

3, Operation process of equipment



Firstly, the temperature in the heating box is raised to about 250 ~ 350 ºC, and the temperature in the plasticizing box is 180 ~ 200 ºC. Then, the workpiece which is hung or absorbed on the template in advance is pushed into the heating box. After 1-2 minutes, the second template is pushed. When the first template reaches the required time, the staff will pull it out to operate the lifting button for immersion molding, and then push it to the plasticizing box for plasticizing, and finally pull it out After cooling, the workpiece can be taken down.



4, Production efficiency of equipment



According to the maximum effective processing area of liquid hopper and fluidized bed, the length is 1100 * the width is 1000 * the height is 500mm, the size of workpieces is different, the output is different, and the number of times of soaking template per hour is 20-30 plates.
 As for the 100mm length, the production capacity can be 30000-50000 each day

5, Heating mode and energy consumption


1. Electric heating, this way is the most common, a little easy to operate, safe heating fast. The disadvantages are large power consumption and high processing cost. The average power consumption of the whole set of equipment in the production process is 40-50 RMB per hour.



2. Gas heating: this method uses infrared burner for heating. It has the advantages of fast heating, low operation cost and even heating of workpiece.
