Processing:
There are five tanks of all, one big, three middle and two small, let us view them as B, M1, M2, M3, S1and S2 from right to left.
1: Filling all the tanks with standard quantity water;
2:Filling tank B with macromonomer ;
Filling tank M1 with NaOH;
Filling tank M2 with catalyst;
Filling tank M3 with acrylic acid;
Filling tank S1 with H2O2;
Filling tank S2 with catalystC;
When all the raw material filling over, stirring 10 minutes;
3: After 10 minutes' stirring, transfer all the material of tank M2 into tank B via pump, then wait 5 minutes;
4: Adding catalyst A into tank B, then wait 5 minute;
5: Transfer all the material of tank M3,S1,S2 into tank B via pump, time has been pre-defined, after 65 minute, all the material will be transfered over;
6: Transfer all the material of tank M1 into tank B via pump, then wait 5 minute;
7: Filling water into tank B, till all the processing are finished.
Note: The whole processing time is just 2 hours. Standard reactor is 5 ton per batch. That means 2 hours can produce 5 ton Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer.

*To produce 5 ton 40% concentrations polycarboxylic acid water reducer(PCA), the raw material cost is about $4169.2.
(PCA can use for concrete admixtures, normally 10% concentrations' PCA will be suitable enough, and our PCA can reach 40%.)
