Automatic Tray Modified Atmosphere Packing Equipment
The tray modified atmosphere packaging machine packs products by changing the gas composition of the package. The chamber can be completely inclosed. And by using a high oxygen vacuum pump, the chamber will become vacuum inside. The package will be filled with a gas mixture of 80% and 20% carbon dioxide so as to retard the growth and breeding of the bacteria inside the package and extend the storage period. The gas replacement rate is up to 99%.
Working Process
Once the function key is activated, the electrical and pneumatic control systems of the modified atmosphere packaging machine will start to work and conveyor belt moves the packaging tray to corresponding operation positions.
The chamber will be lidded to exhaust the inside air by using a vacuum pump. Since the target products have different requirements for vacuum degree, air exhausting time should be settled appropriately.
After the chamber is well vacuumized, the inflatable solenoid valve is opened to fill gas mixture into the package. The operation time can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
Then, the plastic bags will be sealed by heat. To make the sealing elegant, flat, firm and no fusing wearing phenomenon, the sealing time should be appropriately settled to match various thickness of the plastic bags.
Cooling progress. After cooling, the gas in the vacuum chamber will be released and the chamber will enter into the next processing cycle.
Operational Instructions
The power voltage should be set within AC380± 10V, the frequency is 50Hz and three phase four wire circuits are required. And the compressed gas source pipes should be connected and the operation pressure is 0.30-0.40MPa.
The lid should be opened.
The cooling water system should be started.
When the modified atmosphere packing machine is in use, the power must be well grounded.
When the power is well grounded, the air switch inside the electric control cabinet should be closed and the emergency stop button on the button panel should be restored to the initial position.
The vacuum pump, and the external, should be started.
The objects are packed into the plastic bags(trays) and then be placed on the conveyor belt. Press the starting button to start work. When the machine is set under the single-step working mode, it will stop after one packaging cycle is done. And will continuously operating under the automatic mode.
