Our JUNYU INDUSTRIAL GROUP solely owned this certified patent automatic brewing equipment, it not only remain the flavour of traditional brewed soy sauce, but also enhanced the flavor and can saving more than 35% energy, and at the same time shortened 1/3 of brewing time.

1. It is a standard " automatic soy sauce fermentation equipment", the temperature of the feed is 82° C, and the discharge is about 32° C

2. It is a round tank with four layers structure, the out layer with coolling water pipe and PU heat preservation jacket. The top and bottom are conical.

3. Large area of empty inside make sure energy saving and low noise

4. With super low noise fixture on inlet and outlet cut the noise efficiently

5. Special structure, even distribute material, can further improve cooling, heat and fermentation effection
