Put the gel tube and cap into the oscillators.
With the help of the oscillator, the gel tube will go into the conveyor, and then feed to the main dial.
Gel tube feeding station: when the tube goes into the filling machine, it will be fed by reversing mechanism into the main dial.
Photoelectric detection: the photoelectric sensor detects whether the gel tube exist or not, then to determine whether to fill or not (no tube, no filling).
With the help of the special nozzle to compress air, which make the putter arrive at the designated location.
Filling station: when the gel tube reached filling station, if the photoelectric sensor detects the gel tube, then begin to fill.
Cap loading station: if the photoelectric sensor detects the gel tube, the caps loading automatically
The discharge station: the station complete output of the final filling of the finished products. All products will slip from the inclined orbit.
