B. Main Description
1. The material of the machine is made of stainless steel with totally closed, the surface of turntable deal with polished and prevent cross pollution which meet the GMP standard.
2. It is equipped with Organic-glass perspective window for tablet producing observation. Each perspective window could be fully opened and easy for cleaning and maintenance.
3. It is adopts the import Frequency Timing with Electromagnetism Clutch.
4. Driving system is equipped with oil box and running under oil, easy for heat dissipation and wear-resistance.
5. It is equipped with Dust Collector as well, which avoid the dust emission, and recycle to save dust
C. Flow chart
1, the next punch punch portion (its working position up) Central die hole extends into the lower end of the die hole to seal the hole in the bottom of the mold;
2, the use of the feeder to the die hole filled with drugs;
3, on the red punch portion (its working position down) from the die hole to fall in the upper die holes and downstream must travel, the powder is compressed into tablets;
4, on the red ascend out of the hole. Undershoot rise to the top of the tablet in the die holes to complete a tabletting process;
5, undershoot down place, ready for the next one-time pad.
D. Main technical parameter
1. The machine is compliance with the GMP requirement on the producting of pharmaceuticals.
2. The compression parts is entirely separeted from the driving mechanisms.
3. All spare parts to be in contact with the pharmaceuticals are made of stainless stell or the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity & corrosion proof.
4.The compression area is enclodsed with transparent organinc glass. To prevent contaminates, the compression area can be specially treated.All surfaces being smooth & easy to clean.
5. Machine speed, the depth of filling, the thickness of the tablet could be adjust.
6. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage.

1. Compression tablets machine processes including overfilling, quantitative, pre-press, the main pressure molding, the film processes. This machine is loaded in the upper die hole punch on the middle mounted in the mold, are installed under the lower die hole punch. The power transmission member by the rotation of the turret brings, while rotating the turntable, along the upper and lower punches for regular fixed orbit and down movement, thereby completing the compression process. The machine can continuously feed, straight out of film.
